Drew Davidson joined Sean P. Dunn & Associates in September 2013. Drew is involved in all aspects of client representation, with a significant focus on budget, taxation, and local government matters.
Growing up in a lobbying family with a father who worked in state government affairs for Nationwide Insurance, it was a natural fit for Drew to begin his career at the Statehouse. For nearly six years, Drew worked in the Ohio General Assembly with former Senate President Pro Tempore Chris Widener, former House Speaker Pro Tempore Lou Blessing, Jr., and former Speaker of the House William G. Batchelder.
Prior to departing the House, Drew served as the House Deputy Budget Director, covering budgetary policy and policy advising for the House Finance and Appropriations Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee. Through his time in the legislature, he has experience in budgetary policy, tax policy, local government issues, public utility issues, as well as overall state government operations.
Drew received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ohio University in 2007, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ashland University in 2011.
Outside of the political arena, Drew and his wife Laura, along with his brother and sister-in-law, co-own and operate Hocking Hills Winery, a vineyard and wine manufacturing operation in Hocking County, Ohio.
